Tom is a Minneapolis-based advertising and editorial photographer.  He grew up on the edge of the Great Plains in northwestern Minnesota, went to art school and spent a decade in NYC pursuing fine-art photography.  In NYC he developed a love for food and wine, which led him back to Minneapolis to set up shop as a commercial photographer with a passion for shooting food and drink.  Tom is also interested in mid-century design and architecture and loves shooting interiors when he has the chance.

 

When he isn’t shooting, Tom likes to spend time with his wife, cooking, perfecting his sourdough bread baking, and traveling.  Tom also enjoys bicycling, cross-country skiing, and spending time out in nature with his camera.
